Residential Deliveries - No Contact Number - NO DELIVERY. We reserve the right not to deliver a gift to an residential address on a requested date that we cannot verify by phone is attended. This is critical for residential deliveries involving highly perishable items such as flowers, fruit, cakes or balloons. A gift will not be left at an unattended location that is considered unsafe or exposed, in these instances you will be charged for redelivery. If you request delivery to a residential address at which no one is normally home during the day before 3pm - do not expect delivery on the requested date. This service is not able to deliver to Post Office Boxes. If you provide an incorrect address you will be charged an additional delivery charge. Hampers can be presented in a gift basket or a gift box on request. Business versus Residential Deliveries - a business address must have a reception that is attended during business hours. Home-based businesses are considered as a residential address for delivery purposes. Redelivery charges may apply to residential addresses marked as a business location. Hospitals - some wards have restrictions on the type of gifts allowed eg no flowers. Please check with the hospital before ordering especially for ICU, burns & immune deficit wards. Universities - we will delivery to the residential colleges attached to the Universities. We will not arrange courier deliveries to buildings on a Perth University campus. Delivery to University campus addresses is only available via our Australia Post option. Airport Terminals - we are not able to take orders for delivery to airport terminals due to security restrictions. Delivery to Central Park is only available via our Australia Post option. After Hours Delivery Delivery can be arranged outside of regular days/times in Perth on an individual basis. Cost provided on request. Volume orders up to 2 gift hampers can be delivered to the one location for a single delivery charge. Australia Post delivery $13 includes Yanchep, Rockingham and Mandurah A gift hamper can be dispatched via Australia Post to all surburbs of Perth with postcodes between 6000 to 6210 for $13 per gift. This service is especially useful for deliveries to out lying areas of Perth. About Australia Post Delivery Gifts are dispatched with Australia Post Parcel Post. This service is available for suburbs with Postcodes 6000 to 6210. Delivery is normally next work day but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delivery is Monday to Friday usually between 9 am and 5 pm, excluding public holidays. Delivery cannot be arranged for a specific time. Orders placed over the weekend for immediate delivery will be dispatched on Monday. A signature is required for delivery, if the residential address is unattended at the time of delivery, a card is left advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the local Post Office for collection. There is no minimum order amount to use this delivery option. If you provide an incorrect address or if the recipient doesn't claim the gift after some weeks and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded the delivery cost. You will be given the opportunity to have the gift redelivered, this will incur another delivery charge. Orders should be placed before 10 am Perth time to have the gift dispatched the same day. This delivery service is able to deliver to Post Office Box and Rural Mail Box addresses. Hampers cannot be presented in a gift basket for this delivery option and will instead be presented in a gift box. Delivery may be requested for a date many days in the future and we will schedule as best we can to meet this request, however, we still cannot guarrantee that the gift will be delivered on the specific date. It is not possible to deliver gifts that include: fresh fruit, flowers, helium balloons (except as a balloon gift box), cakes or hampers containing fresh produce using this delivery option.
