Balloon Decorations - Parties & Events Balloon decorations are a great way to add colour, themes and joy to a party or event. Most popular are latex balloon arrangements and free floating latex balloons to decorate ceiling areas. Please read about latex balloons and decoration formats to ensure you order the type of balloons that best suit your needs. You are also welcome to call to discuss your requirements. Inflated balloon decorations are only available for delivery in the Perth metro area of Western Australia. We can send un-inflated balloons throughout Australia. We take bookings for balloon decorations from mid January to November, excluding breaks. Monday to Saturday A $50 minimum order requirement, excluding delivery, applies to balloon decorations from Monday to Saturday. This order minimum may be higher for delivery to areas far from us and for deliveries outside regular times. Excludes public holidays. Sunday Balloon delivery on a Sunday is by appointment only, please call to check date availability. A minimum order applies of $100 excluding deliveries. |

About LATEX BALLOON DECORATIONS We use 30cm professional latex balloons which when inflated with Helium will float for about 16 - 20 hours depending on the ambient temperature and conditions, ie balloons don't like a hot environments and free floating balloons are not suitable for abrasive or extra high ceilings. Latex balloons are designed for indoor use. The two main decoration formats for latex balloons are as table and floor arrangements and as free floating (ceiling) balloons to decorate ceiling areas. Latex Balloon Colours Latex balloons are available in a wide range of colours. Please see the LATEX COLOUR CHART for a comprehensive listing of the most popular colours. Some other colours are available, please call us if you need to match a balloon to a specific colour or logo.
Printed Latex Balloons Latex balloons are also available with an all over print eg Happy Birthday, 21, 50 etc. These printed balloons cost extra and are available in a range of colours. The print is normally a white ink to contrast with the colour of the balloon.
Delivery Quotes Please provide the date, address and access time for delivery and function start time for a delivery quote. We use balloon bags to transport the balloons. If it is not safe or useful to release the balloons onto the ceiling at time of delivery then a charge of $1.00 will apply to leave the balloons in a balloon bag (approx 15 balloons fit per bag). Balloon Decoration Ordering Before ordering you should check with the venue that Helium balloons are permitted and the ceiling is suitable if you require free floating balloons. Balloons should be booked in advance to ensure the availability of the required delivery date andtime and quantity of desired balloon colours and prints. Submitting a balloon decoration order online does not mean we are able to accept the order. Decoration orders will be promptly confirmed with a delivery quote if we are able to schedule the job.    Table and Floor Latex Arrangements Latex balloons inflated with Helium are decoratively arranged and attached with ribbon to a decorative balloon weight. The number of balloons and colours chosen can make a big impact on a room or venue. The length of the ribbon will depend on whether you want to use them as table or floor decorations. The cost is the same for table and floor arrangements, but you must let us know so that we can tie the ribbon at an appropriate length. The prices quoted are for solid colour latex balloons and includes fashion, crystal, pearl and metallic colours. Printed latex balloons and foil balloons eg Happy Birthday, 21 and various foil shape balloons eg Fish can be added to the latex balloons arrangements to help theme an event. |

| Free Floating Latex Balloons - also known as Ceiling Balloons These latex balloons are inflated with Helium and have a length of decorative curling ribbon attached, but are not weighted. Free floating balloons are mostly used to decorate ceiling spaces, for example above dance floors. Please note that not all ceiling surfaces are suitable for balloons. Also some commercial venues will not permit Helium balloons because of operational and security sensitivities. Prices for free floating balloons depend on the quantity and colour type required. |

  Balloon Arch - Helium Balloons - String of Pearls style A balloon arch can have a big impact on decorating an event. They perfect for forming a dramatic event entrance or highlighting the focus of the room eg stage, bridal party, cake table. Two large arches can be crossed to form a canopy over the dance floor. Multiple arches can be used to form an impressive entrace tunnel. This "string of pearls" style of balloon arch is constructed using Helium filled latex balloons. The most common entrance size features 20 x 30cm latex balloons strung between 2 weights which is big enough for adults to walk under. Prices for a 20 balloon arch start from $75. |
