Party & Event Balloon Decorations - Perth (WA) metro delivery Balloon decorations are a great way to add colour, themes and pizazz to a party or event. Foil and latex balloons are available in a large range of shapes, sizes, colours and designs. Please call or email for a quote - be sure to let us know the time, date and location of the function, and time from which the venue is open for delivery. Also, check with the function venue that balloons are allowed before ordering. Minimum order requirements apply to balloon decorations. Party balloons are only available for delivery in the Perth metro area of Western Australia. Sunday delivery by appointment only. Types of Balloon Decorations Table and Floor Balloon Arrangements Helium filled latex balloons are decoratively arranged and attached with ribbon to a balloon weight. The number of balloons and colours chosen can make a big impact on a room or venue. The length of the ribbon will depend on whether the balloons are to be used as table centrepieces or floor arrangements. Foil balloons can be added to the latex balloons arrangements eg "Happy 21st". 
 
Free Floating Helium Balloons These are Helium filled latex balloons that have a decorative ribbon attached, but are not weighted down. These type of balloons are used mostly to decorate ceiling spaces, for example above dance floors. 30cm latex balloons float for about 18-24 hours. 28cm latex balloons float for 12-18 hours.
