Australia Wide Gift Delivery
A gift or hamper that is marked "Australia wide delivery" can be delivered to any populated area in Australia for $23.50 per gift.
Some of our hampers are too large or heavy for Australia wide express delivery.
Gifts marked as a "Great Value Offer" will be charged the special purchase and delivery price.
If you are unsure of the delivery cost in relation to the location we will provide you with a delivery quote in response to your order.
Delivery conditions depend on whether the gift is being sent to a business or residential address. We encourage both business and personal shoppers to send the gift to an attended work address.

2 Work Day Delivery
A minimum of 2 work days should be allowed for deliveries to:
Darwin & the Northern Territory metro
Hobart & Tasmania (TAS) metro
Delivery to Regional Australia
Delivery to regional areas may take 2-3 work days and more remote locations may take longer.
This includes delivery to Rural Mail Boxes (RMB).
About Business Delivery

The gift is dispatched with an external national courier service. The business address must be attended during business hours and a signature is required on delivery.
Please note, if you send a gift to an unattended location you will be charged an additional $25 for redelivery and administration costs.

Delivery is Monday - Friday usually between 8 am - 5 pm, excluding public holidays. Delivery cannot be arranged for a specific time. Orders placed over the weekend for immediate delivery will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery is normally next work day to most Australian capital cities and their associated metropolitan areas. Please note, next work day delivery is very likely but is not guaranteed so we cannot promise a specific date delivery to these locations.
It is best to send a gift early if it is required by a specific date.

Orders should be placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time in order to be dispatched in time for next work day delivery. This delivery services is able to deliver to Post Office Box and Rural Mail Box addresses.

If you provide an incorrect address or the gift is returned to us for any reason, you will not be refunded the delivery cost and you will be charged $6 for administration costs. You will be given the opportunity to have the gift redelivered, this will incur another delivery charge.

Gifts and hampers delivered outside of Perth will be presented in an attractive glossy gift box.

Our hampers are prepared in-house and therefore you get the full value of what you have ordered, not someone else's version of our hamper less commission.

Delivery may be requested for a date many days in the future and we will schedule as best we can to meet this request, however, we still cannot guarrantee that the gift will be delivered on the specific date.
These orders are subject to the same express delivery fee.

It is not possible to deliver gifts that include: flowers, helium balloons, cakes or hampers containing fresh produce to these destinations.

About Residential Delivery

Gifts to residential addresses are sent using Australia Post Express Post. You should allow 2 - 3 work days for deliveries to the metropolitan area of all Australian capital cities except for Darwin (NT) which is likely to take longer.
If you want the gift delivered sooner, please provide a business address for the recipient.

If the residential address is unattended at the time of delivery, a card is left advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the local Post Office for collection.

If you provide an incorrect address or if the recipient doesn't claim the gift after some weeks and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded the delivery cost. You will be given the opportunity to have the gift redelivered, this will incur another delivery charge.
