In making a purchase from Corporate Rewards you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our standard terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed or amended by us at any time without notice. Some specific conditions may apply to certain products and/or orders.

All prices are in Australian Dollars $AU and include GST – goods and services tax where applicable.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
We may accept cheque, money orders or direct deposits with our prior approval.
Orders need to be paid for in full prior to despatch/delivery unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Product prices do not include delivery.
There are minimum order requirements for delivery. Collection is only available at the discretion of the management for specific time periods.
Changes or cancellations to an order may be made within 24 hours of ordering providing the order has not been processed by us.
Orders that contain cakes, flowers or fresh fruit cannot be cancelled once processed by us.
Orders that have been prepared, despatched or with a courier cannot be cancelled.
Order that do not include a contact number for the recipient may be cancelled and an administrative fee will be charged.
Order cancellations accepted by us will incur a fee of $25 or 10% of the total original order value for orders of $250 and over.
Orders that include perishable items e.g. flowers, fresh fruit, cake or balloons etc. that cannot be delivered due to no fault of ours e.g. the recipients are away, have changed address, left hospital, declined by venue etcetera and replacement items are required to complete the delivery on another date then you will be charged to replace these items.
Orders where delivery has been requested to a specific location for a prior arranged time will incur additional delivery charges if our driver is kept waiting and is prevented from making the delivery until someone turns up and/or access is provided. $25 per 20 mins during regular hours.
Peak Time Orders - Deliveries during the Christmas period and other peak times may incur a larger delivery fee, especially when the access to venues or delivery window is very restricted. Please check with the venue and ourselves before ordering if you are unsure if a reasonable 3-4 hour window during regular hours is not available.
Generally, we do not supply a refund for changing your mind, incorrect choices, not reading terms and conditions, delivery or courier delay, or damage in transit.
A request for a refund should be made ASAP and will be assessed by us on a case by case basis.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
There are no refunds on orders processed by us for cakes, flowers and hampers including fresh fruit.
There are no refunds for balloons once they have been inflated or if ordered in specifically.
If a customer is to receive a refund, the refund will be made to the original credit card, less any applicable charges and fees.
Payment is non-refundable in event of cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable in event of cancellation.
In the event of certain products or items being unavailable we may substitute that item/s with a similar item/s of equal or greater value.
If a similar item is not available we will contact you to ask your preference.
Additional delivery charges may apply where:
- The items ordered require a dedicated or time specific delivery eg party balloons and decorations.
- The delivery address is incorrect or insufficient;
- The delivery address is not attended, or cannot be accessed and the gift is not suitable to be left;
- There is no adult to sign for the delivery; and
- Or other circumstances or conditions which make it unsuitable to complete the delivery on the first attempt.
Gifts that cannot be delivered or are returned to us may incur an additional delivery charge. Alternatively they can be collected from the business at a mutally suitable time.
Gifts featuring alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons 18 years or older and are subject to the liquor laws.
Food products included in our gifts may contain substances which could have implications
for individuals with food related health conditions, allergies or food intolerances. Please select wisely.
It is the customer’s obligation when placing an order to ensure that the details provided are current, correct and valid. This includes both your contact details (email, contact numbers, payment details etcetera) and the recipient’s details (full name, address, contact number etcetera).

Your privacy is important to us.
The information that you supply to us is necessary for us to process your order.
We may be required to share this information with employees, representative, agents, contractors and other service providers to enable us to complete your order.
We do not sell or release your personal information to third parties unless required.
If you order a gift without a message to reveal who the gift is from we may inform the recipient of the purchase if contacted by the recipient. Anonymous deliveries can make recipients very distressed and it is not recommended.
We may use your personal or corporate information to send you direct marketing material from which you may opt out of.
A secure payment system is used to process orders placed through this site.
